If this was your first form for a Vessel or a Body Corporate, the Form Links Document will be sent to the Form Filler you nominated by email.  They should download the file onto their computer and then open it.  It will open in their web browser and they can access all the forms for the vessel or company.  Please note it will not work on a preview page or open directly from Webmail, it should be downloaded and opened from their computer.
